As mentioned at the start of this newsletter, the easiest and most secure way to manage your pension is online.
If you have DB benefits with the Plan
Log in to the portal via the Plan Website
and click on the Gallagher Member Portal button in the top righthand corner.
The portal has a wide range of tools and functionality to manage your pension which includes:
- Viewing and managing your D&B Member Portal profile
- Reviewing and changing your Expression of Wish
- Accessing member and Plan documentation
- Obtaining an indicative retirement figure (only Final Salary Members at present)
- Viewing your payslips (Pensioners)
- Changing your bank details (Pensioners)
- Updating your personal details
- Finding important information about the Plan
We are continually making improvements to the Gallagher Member Portal and will keep members updated with developments.
Not accessed the portal previously?
If you are yet to log in to the portal simply access the Gallagher Member Portal webpage and click ‘First time user?’
Follow the onscreen instructions to register.
If you have previously visited the site and registered, you will already have a Login ID and Password to access your details.
If you have DC benefits with the Plan
Log in to the portal via the Plan Website and click on the Aviva Membersite button in the top righthand corner.
My Workplace lets you keep an eye on your Investment Account online or using a Smartphone App. If you have DC benefits with the Plan and previously had access to My Aviva or have saved through other Aviva products you can activate My Workplace. Once you’ve activated My Workplace, you’ll be able to:
- View the value of your pension
- Use tools to see how your pension is performing
- Review and change your Expression of Wish
- Manage how your pension is invested
- Access to member and Plan documentation
- View and update your selected retirement age
Not accessed the portal previously?
If you are yet to log in to the portal, simply access the Aviva MyWorkplace webpage and go to ‘Register for MyWorkplace’.
Follow the onscreen instructions to register.
If you have previously visited the site and registered, you will already have a Username and Password to access your details.
Going digital
We’re always looking at better ways to communicate and provide you with important information about the Plan - this is why we are committed to providing communications from the Plan digitally.
Providing updates via email instead of paper is safer, more dependable and better for the environment.

If you are yet to do so and have DB benefits with the Plan you can provide your current email address and choose to go digital on the Gallagher Member Portal.
