A number of pension schemes have been affected by cyber security breaches at major UK companies, as reported in the news recently.
While these attacks pose a threat to any business, we would like to assure you that both of the Plan’s Administrators, Buck and Aviva, have protections in place to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber-attacks.
Buck and Aviva continuously assess their security measures and have not been the victim of a successful ransomware attack to date. We would like to reassure you that your personal data is safe.
The Trustee is currently reviewing and updating the Plan’s data breach and policy process to further strengthen the security measures that are in place.
